You can train everywhere and almost anytime, no excuses! Today I did some leg extensions during an internal meeting. I just sat on the windowsill and grabbed a chair with my feet and did a lot of reps.
Today was a 10k run which I completed in about 46 min. This was a little disappointing as wanted to run 45 min. But I don’t really trained for that so I should be happy about the time. Next time I will get the 45 min. /bossk Update: The exact time was 46:31 min…damn
