While I still have a little bit of pain in the arm bend I tried not to stress my arm so much. Nevertheless I trained hard. Every morning with a set of swings with the 20 kg kettlebell. I didn’t count my swings and didn’t look at the clock so I can’t tell how long or how much reps I do. I need to do it to see if I improve. After the swings I did some Turkish Get Ups with the 16 kg kettlebell. This is a routine I do every morning. Today I also did a farmers walk with two 16 kg kettlebells and a lot of sit ups.
On Tuesday evening I did a lot of Turkish Get Ups in the gym with various weights. I started with 10 kg dumbbells, and ended up using 20 kg dumbbells. Most of the people looked what I was doing there ![]()
Right after this set I did overhead squads with a 40 kg barbell till I couldn’t do one more rep.
Wednesday was a pretty exhausting Krav Maga training. Interesting is that after the Krav Maga training my whole body hurts and I always go out of this training with a lot of bruises.
Yesterday was the first day till two weeks that I stressed my arm bend a little bit more just to see how it’s feeling and it feels good. I think I’m almost fully recovered. I did a lot of very slow bench presses in a triset with the windmill and squats. After three sets I finished my workout with a farmers walk with two 25 kg dumbbells.
So far so good. Next week I’ll try to update the blog more often and start with some new stuff. So it’s getting dirty again
