Are soccer player training that hard?

Interesting question or? As far as I read and heard soccer player are not training that hard. What’s also interesting is how these athletes are training. Using body weight exercises, typical strength training and competing with each other in the ring for example. This really keeps you going and growing. I love this.

09/11/05 Kettlebell complex
