Yesterday was running time and I did a 9.6 km run in Hamm and finished with a new personal record. Time was 43:02:07 for a nice curse. I also finished as first in my age group which was quite funny as in all other age groups the first place had a better result than I [...]
Today was a 10k run which I completed in about 46 min. This was a little disappointing as wanted to run 45 min. But I don’t really trained for that so I should be happy about the time. Next time I will get the 45 min. /bossk Update: The exact time was 46:31 min…damn
